Under the premises of Law No. 93/2021 of December 20th, this whistleblowing reporting channel emerges as a secure means to report any infraction related to corruption.
People who collaborate or have professional relations with Elastictek are often the first to detect or suspect illicit activities. Therefore, this whistleblowing reporting channel guarantees the confidentiality of the whistleblowers, protecting them against acts of retaliation. If you prefer, you can also make the report anonymously.
When making a report, you should include the necessary information to carry out the analysis of the reported facts. All reports will be rigorously investigated, resulting in appropriate actions to correct any irregularities identified.
