We are recruiting Production Operators to reinfornce our industrial team.
Reporting directly to the Team Leader, the operator will have the following responsibilities:
Operating and monitoring production equipment;
Performing machine feeding, assembly, and packaging tasks;
Carrying out quality control and rework operations;
Working across different production stations to promote versatility and multi-skilling;
Complying with quality, health, safety, and environment (HSE) procedures;
Performing minor, first-level maintenance interventions;
Identifying and reporting anomalies in the production process;
Collaborating with the team to achieve production targets.
Requirements:
Minimum compulsory education;
Previous experience in an industrial environment (preferred);
Strong sense of responsibility and commitment;
High capacity for learning and adaptation;
Excellent team spirit;
Flexibility to work in shifts and continuous operations (24/7 cycle).
