Suppliers Evaluation
[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]To comply with one of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standard requirements, Elastictek performs suppliers evaluations that impact the quality and environment system.
The evaluation is based on 8 criteria (with different weights):
- Compliance with deadlines;
- Payment terms;
- Flexibility;
- Compliance with agreed quantities;
- Quality (nº of complaints);
- Documental support;
- Standards of environmentally responsible behaviour.
The score obtained is used to classify the supplier as “Very good”, “Good”; “Sufficient”, “Mediocre” and ” Bad”, using the following scale:

| 5,0 – 4,5 | Very Good | Accepted without restrictions |
| 4,4 – 4, 0 | Good | |
| 3,9 – 3,0 | Sufficient | Accepted with restrictions |
| 2,9 – 2,0 | Mediocre | |
| 1,9 – 1,0 | Bad | Excluded |
The suppliers that score less than 4, will be notified because they were classified with “Sufficient” or less. these suppliers will be informed about their scores and the points that need to improve because at Elastictek, we aim to grow with the people we work with.
